|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. View our Shipping Charts here.|
|I forgot my password.|
|Click the "My Account" link at the top of our site (left of the shopping bag). Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.|
|How do I return my product?|

|I received the wrong product.|
|If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.|
|What is your return policy?|
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase within 30 days, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. No sale is final.
A return and exchange form is enclosed with every package. Click here to download the return form if you need another copy. Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Please indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or item. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion on the form. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred (International shipments will be charged the original shipping and handling charge on any return/exchange).
All items must be clean and unworn with all tags attached. All pre-packaged items must be returned in their original packaging.
Please send your package, including your return and exchange form, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Please ship your package to:
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive your return. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Special offers may be subject to reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation.
*By law, there are restrictions on the return of some intimate garments. Any garment containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been removed from their package. They cannot be returned since they may have been tried on and/or worn. Panty garments and hosiery are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances except for product defects and then only for an exchange. Due to the nature of hosiery products, we cannot accept returns of hosiery that has been tried on, as they stretch out to conform to your shape. Special orders, custom orders or special sale items can only be exchanged for other merchandise. These items are non-refundable unless defective in workmanship.
|When will my order ship?|
|Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.|
